Create a Stingray Account

Sign up with your email address

  1. Download and launch the Stingray Classica mobile app on your mobile device
  2. Tap on Start Free Trial
  3. Check the box to accept Stingray’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  4. Tap on Sign Up with Email
  5. Enter your Email
  6. Choose a Password
  7. Tap on Continue
  8. Confirm if you would like to opt in to Stingray news and special offers

Sign up with Facebook

  1. Download and launch the Stingray Classica mobile app on your mobile device
  2. Tap on Start Free Trial
  3. Check the box to accept Stingray’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  4. Tap on Connect with Facebook
  5. If required, enter your Facebook login details and click Log In
  6. Confirm if you would like to opt in to Stingray news and special offers

Reset your Password

IMPORTANT: If your account was created using Facebook, you must change your password with Facebook directly

  1. On the Log In page of the Stingray Classica mobile app, tap Log in with Email
  2. Tap on Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your Email and tap on Submit
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the email with the subject Reset Stingray Password
  5. Tap on the link in the email. A new page will open
  6. Type your new password in both fields and tap on Submit
  7. Return to the app and log in with your email address and the new password you just created

Free Trial

The Stingray Classica mobile app offers a Free Trial to try the service before purchasing a subscription.

Why do I need to set up payment for a free trial?

By selecting a plan, you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to Stingray Classica for the first time, you will obtain seven days for free. Your subscription will be charged at the end of the free period. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription on My Account > Manage Subscription. For more information about your subscription fees and renewals, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

Free Browsing

You can browse 30-second previews of all content on the Stingray Classica mobile app without creating an account.

Purchase a Premium Subscription

  1. Tap on Start Free Trial
  2. Select a Subscription Type
  3. Confirm your billing details with iTunes (if you downloaded the app from the App Store), with Stingray (if you're making your purchase in the web app), Roku (if you downloaded the app from the Roku Store) or with Google Play (if you downloaded the app from the Google Play Store).

Cancel a Premium Subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription or Free Trial at any time.

To cancel on the iPhone/iPad app:

  1. Go to Settings tap on your name followed by iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID
  3. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap your Stingray Classica subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription

To cancel on the web app:

  1. Click on My Classica
  2. Click on the Settings icon
  3. In Account and Settings, select Manage Account
  4. In the Subscription details page, click on Cancel Subscription

To cancel on Apple TV:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Accounts
  3. Under Subscriptions, select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select the Stingray Classica subscription
  5. Select Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription

To cancel on Roku:

  1. Using a Roku remote that has a * button, on the Roku home screen, browse for and highlight Stingray Classica
  2. Then press the * button on your remote control
  3. Select Manage Subscription from the options menu
  4. Select the subscription plan you would like to cancel
  5. Select Cancel Subscription

To cancel on the Android app (phone, tablet and/or TV):

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu Subscriptions
  3. Select the Stingray Classica subscription to cancel
  4. Select Cancel Subscription and respond to the cancelation survey questions
  5. Select Cancel Subscription

Subscription Issues

If you purchased a Premium subscription via iTunes and do not have access to your subscription, tap on My Classica followed by Account and Settings.

If under the Plan section you see No Current Subscription, tap on Subscribe Now! followed by Restore Purchase.

Playback Issues

If you are having issue playing Stingray Classica on a mobile device, try some of these tips:

  1. Restart the Stingray Classica mobile app
  2. Close any other apps you are not using
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. Check that your device meets the minimum requirements

Problems Logging in

If you have forgotten your login information, try resetting your password

If resetting your password doesn’t work, you might have created your account using Facebook. To access the Stingray Classica mobile app with your Facebook account, return to the Sign In screen and tap on Connect using Facebook
